Sanford Inspire was established by educators at the Mary Lou Fulton Teachers College at Arizona State University (ASU). To begin the inspire movement, ASU created 80+ On-Demand Modules: research-based, online, micro-courses where teachers learn to build strong relationships with students and enhance their instructional practice.
National University disseminates Sanford Inspire to future and in-service teachers through partnerships with schools, districts, and colleges of education across the country. The desire to bring meaningful change to local and global communities led to the development of three initiatives housed at the Sanford Education Center at National University, one of which is Sanford Inspire. The others include Sanford Harmony and Sanford Institute of Philanthropy.
"Sanford Inspire can help transform colleges of education and PK-12 education systems across the country, the potential and promise is impressive, and we are already seeing the results."Dr. Jamie Manburg
